Bay Island Driftwood Museum

A school teacher in Andaman and Nicobar Island, Raji Punnoose founded the Bay Island Driftwood Museum. The modern art technic used to plan and design different types of root and tree-trunk sculptures is famous. Sculptures of twisted tree trunks, stumps, roots, etc. are kept for viewing in the Museum. Different shapes like animals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fishes are developed by her and are on display. The Limca book of records enlisted the Driftwood Museum due to its expansive and interesting techniques of the curtain. You come here to see the sculptures made by roots, trees, etc.
