St Paul Church

St. Paul's Church is named after St. Paul, who is inspired by the name of Jesus Christ, and one of the Portuguese built churches in Diu. Presently, out of the three churches, this is the only church where people from small sections of the Christian community come to pray. The church was built in 1610 and is dedicated to the Immaculate Conception Lady. The design and construction of this church are considered one of the best styles of architecture. The interior of the church has elaborately carved and unmatched woodwork. The Church is the home of the statue of Saint Mary, which is made from a single piece of Burmese teak and known in the world for her sharpness, affection, and greatness. Burmese teak is the most moving, intense, and hard stone in the world. It is a beautiful Church with a Big central hall decorated with paintings and sculptures, and the exterior design of this church has a lot of carving work.
