Raghunath Temple was built in 1857 by Maharaja Ranveer Singh and his father, Gulab Singh. There are seven historical religious places in this temple, and each has a Shikhar of its own.
The presiding deity of the Raghunath temple is Lord Rama, an avatar of Lord Vishnu. The inner parts of the temple are adorned with gold which is the form of Tej. There are idols of many gods and goddesses in the temple.
Lingams and 33 crore gods and goddesses of Hindu religion also made in this temple, so, the temple is historical.
Glimpses of Mughal masonry can be visualized in the architectural splendor of the Raghunath temple.
There is also a library on the temple premises. It has rare Sanskrit books and manuscripts. The temple also has a gallery where the various Lingams and Saligrams are placed.
Raghunath temple comprises almost all the images of the Hindu Pantheon, which is quite exceptional.
