Sun Temple

One of the ancient temples of Rajasthan is the Sun temple of Jhalarapatan. It is said that the construction of this temple was made by Nag Bhatt II in Vikram Samvat 872, accordingly, it will be built in AD 815. This temple is also known as Padmanabha Temple, Big Temple, and Temple of Seven Friends. The architecture of these temples resembles that of Konark Sun Temple and the temple of Khajuraho.
