Coakers Walk was the place of Lieutenant Coaker in 1872 and named after him, located on the southern slope of Kodaikanal, nearby Kodaikanal Lake, one of the most stunning places to visit in Kodaikanal. The long winding roads lined with pine trees and attractive flowers give you a glimpse of picturesque valleys of Kodaikanal. The place also has a telescope facility, so that you can get a scenic view of the city below the hill. Tickets have to be taken to enter the Coakers walk. The best time to reach the Coakers Walk is before the sunsets when the sunlight kisses you while you enjoying your cycling along with the serene views of Kodaikanal Valleys. A walk here is a memorable experience in itself and should be on your list if you are planning to visit Kodaikanal.
