Located a few hundred meters away from the Brahma Sarovar Kurukshetra, the museum completely dedicated to Lord Krishna is Sri Krishna Museum. Materials related to Lord Krishna collected from across the country have been displayed in the museum. From Kalamkari in Andhra Pradesh to Patachitra in Odisha, a picture made of paddy of Bengal or Jagannath of Odisha are all on display here. Sculptures made in Dravidian style or North Indian style are also on display here. All scenes from the birth of Lord Krishna to his activities in Dwarka are shown. Besides, material related to the Indus Valley Civilization is also displayed here. There are two other houses, which are known as Multimedia Mahabharata and Geeta Gallery. It was founded in 2012 and inaugurated by the then-President Smt. Pratibha Devi Singh Patil. The complete history of the Mahabharata has been on display in the Krishna Museum.
