Duke's Nose, previously known as Nagphani, is a cliff situated at a distance of 8 km from Khandala Railway Station & 10 km from Lonavala Railway Station.

A popular cliff, situated at a distance of 8 km from Khandala Railway Station and 10 km from Lonavala Railway Station is Duke's Nose. The place was previously known as Nagphani because of its alikeness to a snakes hood and later came to be known as Dukes Nose after the name of Duke Wellington. This site is also famous for thrilling activities like trekking, hiking, and rock climbing, which captivate many adventure enthusiasts. Trekking from Khandala can be done within 4 hours and you can climb down towards Kurvande Village in just 45 Minutes. You are advised to keep drinkable water with you while trekking. Right on the top of the Dukes Nose cliff, there is a small temple of Lord Shiva. The lively valley from Dukes Nose to Duchess Nose is of great enjoyment.
