Shantivan, the magnificent complex was built to accommodate the Brahmakumaris and different activities they perform.
There is a big space for conferences and spiritual congregations. To commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Institute a massive Diamond Hall was constructed in 1996. The simple hall has no pillars inside and can accommodate 20000 people at a time.
The complex has another hall of 1200 people's capacity and having the facility to translate simultaneously in 6 languages. Besides there are 6 other halls for seminar, lecture or workshops. This smaller hall is having the capacity of 350 peoples' each.
There are two halls for meditation and spiritual museum.
The residential complex is also big and can accommodate 15000 thousand peoples.
In addition, the Gyanamrit Bhawan houses the printing press where most of the literatures are printed. Two periodicals Gyanamrit and World Renewal are printed on regular basis.
The complex has its communication, transport facilities, well laid roads. It has power back-up and one solar energy system for cooking.
