India Gate one of the largest war memorials in country, dedicated to Soldiers sacrificed live in W.W. I, famous for Republic Day Parade and Amar Jawan Jyoti.

The India Gate built in 1917 commemorates the soldiers sacrificed their lives in World War. India Gate is one of the most popular tourist spots for International and locals alike.

Very popular among Delhiites in summer evening as a family picnic spot. India Gate also hosts several national and international events throughout the year. You will find "Amar Jawan Jyoti", the never-dying flame reflecting the spirit of the heroes.

One can spot, Rashtrapati Bhavan and can even walk to Popular Connaught place, very near to India Gate. The panoramic view of the India Gate is amazing.

Republic Day Celebration is organized here every year on 26th January. Prime Minister, Defence Minister, and the three chiefs of Defence, Army, Navy, and Air Force pays tribute to the departed souls of soldiers in this place. Hon'ble President of India also attend the Republic Day Ceremony.

India gate is 24 hours every day. Light show timing is 7 PM to 9:30 PM. Boating time is from 2 PM to 9 PM.
