The entrance of the temple has an open mouth Rakshas or a monster in a slain condition at the death bed. This depicts the glory of Lord Hanuman who killed many monsters in his life while serving Lord Rama.
There is also a temple dedicated to Goddess Kali lying close to the feet of the idol at the base of the statue.
