The Kiran Nadar Museum of Art (KNMA) is a private modern and contemporary art museum with locations in Saket District Centre in New Delhi and Noida.Established in 2010, it is India's first private museum dedicated to modern and contemporary art.The core collection of the institution comprises post-independence 20th century painters, but the museum holds exhibits of younger, contemporary artists as well.The New Delhi location has about 18,000 sq ft of exhibition space and the Noida location has 13,000 sq ft. Currently, the museum boasts of an elaborate collection with more 4500 works of arts from painters dating back to the 19th century. The prominent works are from the celebrated Indian artists including M. F. Hussain, Raja Ravi Verma and Anish Kapoor. Other than the painting displays, the museum hosts regular workshops, seminars, symposiums, exotic art exhibitions and public programs.
