Buddha Smriti Udyan is also known as Buddha memorial park located on Fraser Road near Patna Junction in Patna. The park was built by the Bihar Government to commemorate the 2554th anniversary of Lord Buddha, was inaugurated in 2010 by Dalai Lama.
The park spread over 22 acres has two special plants, planted at the time of its inauguration - one brought from Bodh Gaya and the other from Anuradhapura in Sri Lanka.
The park is not only an ideal place to relax, you can take a walk or meditate, the park complex also has a museum containing vessels that has the ashes of Lord Buddha. Concerts are often held inside the park.
