Pahari Mandir, situated on the peak of Ranchi Hill and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. There are a lot of buzzes in the month of Shravan. Come and offer prayer.

Pahari Mandir, the temple, is situated on the peak of Ranchi Hill at an altitude of 2140 meters above sea level, dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Earlier this hill was known as Hanging Tongri because the freedom fighters were hanged here. The National Flag is hoisted here on Independence Day to commemorate their sacrifice.

There are 300 step stairs to reach the temple. It is believed that the wishes of the devotees are fulfilled, if they offer prayer.

Apart from this, one can see the panoramic view of Ranchi city from the temple. There are a lot of buzzes here in the month of Shravan, and devotees offer water to the deity of the temple.

Come and offer prayer in the hill temple of Lord Shiva.
