Mesmerizing beauty of the Ridge Shimla is timeless. A place where tourist can witness the beautiful view of Shimla and feel the cool breeze of the hills.

The Ridge is situated in the heart of Shimla offers an enchanting view of the mountain range. It is a large open space and is connected to Scandal Point in the west. The Lakkar Bazaar is on the east side, where tourists can buy various types of decorated wooden handicraft items. There are two fine examples of colonial British Raj architecture, the neo-gothic Church of Christ and the mock Tudor state Public library. Just above the end of the Ridge, there is a viewing platform that provides photographers a great panoramic view of Shimla. The summer festival is celebrated here in May every year. Apart from this, various programs by the government and locals are also organized on this ridge on New Year's Eve. At this place, a long walk can be enjoyed in beautiful surroundings.
