Kailasagiri

Kailasagiri Hill Station is known for its beautiful scenery. This hill station is surrounded by two beaches, Ramakrishna and Rishigonda. The hill gets its name from Kailas, the abode of Lord Shiva and Parvati. Gorgeous sculptures of both these deities are seen on this hill. A ropeway trolley can be used to reach the top of the mountain. The hill offers a beautiful view of the city, especially in the evening. There is also a road train and a flora clock for children at the hill park. The place is rapidly developing into a picnic spot. There are many other places to see here, such as the Titanic viewpoint, Shank Chakra Nama, Shanti Ashram, Gliding base point, and Telescopic point. All these places provide a beautiful view of the vast sea and the greenery surrounding it. It is a must-visit place while in Visakhapatnam.
