Kuruva Dweep

Kuruva Island is a river delta located on the Kabini River. This island spread over 950 acres of land where you can see different varieties of flora and fauna. Kuruva Island is also home to some rare species of birds. You can see many attractive herbs and orchids here.

The island is surrounded by water, so to visit this island, you have to use fiber boats or fleets, which are provided on rent by the Kerala Tourism Department. For preserve the natural beauty of this island, it is allowed to enter here only a few times of the year.
