There is a main attraction of the year called the Pallikunnu Church festival, which lasts for about 16 days. The festival is held between 2nd to 19th February for about 16 days. The 10th and 11th day of the festival is most important.

Pilgrims come in large numbers in these days. Best time to visit Pallikunnu Church complex is February every year during the festival time. The temple is open from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. everyday and there is no entry fees.
